Sturdy
For adults on GLP-1s

Keep the muscle. Lose the fat.

GLP-1s melt weight off, but a large share of that weight is muscle and bone, the very things that keep you strong, upright, and out of a hospital bed. Two or three simple workouts a week is how you hold onto it.

Why this matters

  • Muscle loss is the hidden cost. A large share of weight lost on a GLP-1 is lean tissue, not just fat.
  • Weak muscle leads to falls. Falls lead to fractures, and fractures in older adults change lives.
  • The fix is simple, not easy. A little resistance training, balance work, and enough protein. We make the doing dead simple.

Who's behind it

Built by Grant Denmark, DO, an emergency medicine physician and ACSM-certified trainer who spent a year training over 120 adults aged 65 and up. This is the programming he would give his own father.

This is general fitness education, not individualized medical advice. Talk to your physician before starting a new exercise program, especially while on a GLP-1.
